Payment
Processing times vary based on payment method. Most credit card payments are processed immediately, though some transactions may take 15 minutes or even a few hours. Wire transfer payments take 5-7 business days to be added to your account once your bank has verified it has been sent.
No, you do not need to add funds before your package arrives. Once it arrives and you are ready to ship it out, you may add funds via the method of your choice.

An Assisted Purchase can be completed with a verified credit/debit card payment, wire transfer. Please note that PayPal is not an accepted form of payment for an Assisted Purchase.

Refunds
First start by finding your transaction number.
On the left side of your dashboard click "wallet"
Then on your dashboard click "transactions".
Copy the transaction ID you want to dispute.
Once you find your ID copy it and go to "wallet".
Click "Refund Request"
Fill out the form including the transaction ID and the reason for the refund request.
To view previous refunds click "Previous Refund Request" to Check the status.
